Dear authors!

Since March 6, 2026, the cost of publishing articles in the journal Higher School of Kazakhstan has been updated. Authors who have received a positive decision for publication must pay a fee: 

• publication of the article for affiliated authors (employees of Higher Education Development National Center, members of the editorial board, reviewers) - 50 000 (fifty thousand) tenge. 

• publication of the article for the author(s) of external organizations and institutions - 80 000 (eighty thousand) tenge.
