ANALYSIS OF INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN MAINTAINING THE REGISTER OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS OF HIGHER AND POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION OF THE UNIVERSITY
This article discusses the information system "Register
of educational programs of higher and postgraduate education",
representing data on all educational programs implemented
by organizations of higher and (or) postgraduate education in Kazakhstan.
The international experience of ten countries (USA, England, Germany) is analyzed,
Czech Republic, Portugal, Spain, India, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Russia) on maintaining
the register of educational programs. Similarities and differences between
the registries of Kazakhstan and other countries are revealed. Recommendations for
further development of the Registry in Kazakhstan are formulated.
