DIRECTIONS OF USING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE CONTEXT OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION'S PERSONNEL

The article discusses the main directions of using digital tools
to improve the skills of personnel at the microeconomic level, strengthen the
competitiveness of the company, a comparative analysis of the main disadvantages
and advantages of digital tools for professional development is carried out. In addition, digital
tools will complement corporate retraining and personnel development programs
and significantly increase their efficiency while reducing the total costs of economic
entities in this area.
