DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF TEACHERS
The article considers the concepts of "competence" and "competence" from
a practical point of view and gives theoretical definitions. The analysis of the development of the competence of teachers of secondary
schools in Kazakhstan through advanced training courses and the importance of applying the knowledge of teachers in their teaching practice is given.
The information presented in this article can be used by teachers working in the context of updating the content of education to
develop their practice.
