FEATURES OF SPECIALIZED TRAINING OF A MODERN SPECIALIST

The article is devoted to the study and substantiation of theoretical and methodological
provisions related to the formation, development and management of knowledge
in modern conditions. Modern educational models of learning
should be aimed at further education, including through
the formation and integration of competencies, providing a logical relationship
and continuity at each stage of the educational system; at
the same time, the models themselves should be formed by compiling and analyzing the requirements
of not only the state, but also the labor market and society as a whole, taking into account not
only highly specialized, but also personal, multidisciplinary and
generalized competencies.
