INSTITUTIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM IN HIGHER EDUCATION: DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
The article uses the materials of the international regional
seminar "Quality assurance of higher education: mechanisms
at the national level and institutional implementation", conducted by
September 16-18, 2021 in Nur-Sultan on the basis of AstanaITUniversity with the participation
of experts from the UK Alison Fels, Accreditation Manager,
Partnership and Policy - QAA and Ian Welch., International
Quality Specialist. The seminar was held by the National Office of the Erasmus+ Program in
Kazakhstan, the National Team of Experts on the reform of Higher
Education in Kazakhstan (NC ERVO) together with the Ministry of Education
and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan with methodological and financial support
Executive Agency for Education and Culture (EACEA) of the European
Commissions within the framework of measures to provide technical assistance to experts on
the reform of higher education and support modernization processes
higher education systems in Partner Countries.
