THE IMPACT OF THE METHODOLOGY FOR ASSESSING KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) ON QUALITY MANAGEMENT AT THE UNIVERSITY

Currently, competition between universities is growing in the global educational space, while
for consumers of educational services, their quality is important, which is often associated with
they are related to the position of the university providing these services in international university rankings. In this regard, quality management is an urgent issue for universities, one of the strategic priorities
of which is promotion in international rankings. The article discusses the issues of the impact
of the methodology of the system of evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs) of the teaching staff
the composition (teaching staff) and management staff of departments and faculties (heads of departments, deans of faculties) for quality management at the university. The automated KPI assessment system of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University is described, which includes performance indicators of the versatile
activities of teaching staff, heads of departments and deans, with directed motivation and stimulation.
The analysis of the impact of the KPI methodology on the quality management of their activities, depending on accounting, is shown.
