Abstract

The content of the article consists of research materials on the formation of competencies for continuous professional development of future teachers (as basic ones) in integration with subject and pedagogical competencies. The criterial structure of basic competencies is presented in this article.  The formation of basic competencies motivates students’ academic achievements and, therefore, corresponds to the quality of professional training. Proposed integration resources: Self-development workbook and educational channel. They are justified as functional tools of the ecosystem of professional development of future teachers, who are considered as agents for managing the processes of overcoming their own difficulties and realizing the needs of professional identification. The findings of the study are related to the smooth entry into the profession of future teachers, when the adaptation processes are ensured by the skills of planning, monitoring and evaluating their own teaching strategies. In the context of a shift in the educational paradigm, continuous professional development competencies create the basis for improving educational practice
